What You'll Do

• Own the timely and accurate processing of invoices, ensuring everything is approved and ready for payment
• Review invoice details like pricing, quantities, and terms to ensure accuracy
• Manage both purchase order and non-purchase order invoices with confidence
• Perform three-way matching and jump in to resolve discrepancies or invoice holds
• Partner with internal teams (Procurement, Accounting, Receiving) to keep processes running smoothly
• Be the go-to resource for vendor questions, providing clear and professional communication
• Help maintain strong financial controls while improving efficiency wherever possible

What You Bring

• Experience in accounts payable or a similar role (preferred, but not required for the right candidate)
