Key Responsibilities

• Execute HR services within People Services North America, including transaction processing in SuccessFactors (Employee Central), such as high-volume employee lifecycle requests: transfers, changes in working times, promotions, changes in pay, performance awards, and hire processing
• Transact and respond to employee inquiries and requested services in a timely, professional, and consistent manner in alignment with Service Level Agreements
• Own and manage stakeholder new-hire communications, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent information for stakeholders
• Support and manage the Job Description Upload process into JDXpert
• Process HR service requests and employee lifecycle transactions, including job description uploads, hires, transfers, promotions, and spot and performance awards
• Manage case processing and resolution updates in ServiceNow
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of any personal or sensitive data in all interactions
• Demonstrate willingness to leverage AI and automation to streamline HR transactions and improve service delivery, driving process efficiencies and enhancing employee experience

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field of study from an accredited university
• Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field of study from an accredited university (in lieu of Bachelor's degree, with minimum five years of HR Service Center or HR Specialty experience)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (in lieu of Bachelor's degree, with minimum seven years of HR Service Center or HR Specialty experience)
