Customer Engagement: Follow up with customers diligently, maintain excellent communication, and ensure satisfaction at every stage. Sales & Account Management: Service existing accounts and build new ones by organizing a strategic daily work schedule. Project Estimation & Oversight: Create precise onsite project estimates and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring successful outcomes. Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales, production, and KPI benchmarks within established timeframes. Lead Generation: Network within the community through channels like realtors, trade contractors, and client referrals to generate new leads. Reporting & Administration: Complete administrative tasks, track activity, and provide detailed reports on work plans and territory analyses.
