Compensation Analyst/Consultant

As an Individual Contributor, this role supports compensation operations and decision-making across multiple levels of complexity—from maintaining data accuracy and providing routine support to delivering strategic consulting that shapes enterprise-wide compensation practices. The position partners with People Services (PS) and business leaders to ensure compensation data integrity, alignment with internal equity, and market competitiveness, while contributing to program development, governance, and cross-functional initiatives as scope and expertise increase.Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree.Compensation Analyst I-Minimum 1 year of experience in compensation or related work.Compensation Analyst II-Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation or related work.Compensation Senior Analyst-Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation or related work.Compensation Consultant-Minimum 7 years of experience in compensation or related workBasic knowledge and skill proficiency in analytical thinking, communication, cross-functional collaboration, consultation, customer experience, decision making & judgement, laws & regulations, program planning, statistical analysis, and technology literacy.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and build relationship across departments.
