User Support Specialist, SeniorThe Opportunity:Support an Air Force client as a subject matter expert, applying expertise and technical knowledge in research, process definition, interfacing, and training with the client and contractor teams supporting a Department of War (DoW) client and the Life Cycle Management Process - Integrated Digital Environment (LCMP-IDE) system. Work directly with the client, bringing a focus on user engagement and support, business process improvement, and training. Build strong, trust‑based relationships with distributed teams across multiple time zones and office locations. Take initiative to define, prioritize, and execute tasks with minimal oversight. Maintain responsibility for creating and managing user accounts and permissions, including providing program training to users, as necessary, ensuring configuration data within LCMP-IDE, and making experience-based recommendations for improvement to project leadership. Share expertise with other SMEs through leadership and mentoring. Apply expertise while expanding project management skill sets. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
