Associate Principal / Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Overview Associate Principal / Senior Electrical Engineer (MEP) – San Francisco, CA (Hybrid, 2 days in office per week minimum). Key Responsibilities Serve as the permanent team leader for multi‑discipline engineers and designers. Lead and manage complex MEP projects across a range of industries including commercial, medical, biotech, education, transportation, and more. Design innovative and complex electrical systems. Meet with and consult clients to capture project requirements. Provide guidance and mentorship to design staff. Support overall project management for MEP team leaders. Required Qualifications BSEE or equivalent engineering degree. 10+ years of experience in MEP design or consulting. Team leadership or management experience. Project management experience within the MEP space. Experience in healthcare building design and HCAI compliance. Strong client‑service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication ability. Complete understanding of building codes. Thorough knowledge of design systems. Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineering license (or equivalent experience). PMP certification. LEED accreditation. Proficiency with CAD and REVIT. Benefits Competitive salary range: $141,719 to $178,698 annual plus conditional bonus.
