ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our first agency opened in 2004, and we've since grown to two office locations with a strong team of 13 members. I've been with State Farm since 1994 and held several roles along the way, including Sales Leader, which has helped shape the way I lead and support my team today.

I'm a graduate of the University of South Carolina, married with four children, and I enjoy spending time on the water, golfing, and traveling. Family and community are both very important to me, and that carries over into the way our agency operates. We take pride in being highly involved in the local community, supporting schools through donations and participating in philanthropic efforts whenever we can. Giving back is a core part of who we are as an agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Theresa Miley - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
