Role Description

Misty Stathos - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

• Our office is located in Lexington, SC.
• Our office is open 9 am- 5 pm Monday through Friday (after hours by appointment).
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2009.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
• I am a second generation State Farm agent.
• We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
