Assistant Community Manager

Responsibilities: Resident Relations:
- Assist in addressing resident inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner. >
- Foster positive relationships with residents to enhance community satisfaction and retention. >
- Plan and coordinate community events and activities to promote resident engagement. >
- Assist with leasing activities, including conducting tours of the property, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements. >
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing transactions and resident information. >
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and track marketing campaigns and strategies. >
- Maintain organized and efficient office operations, including managing correspondence, filing, and office supplies. >
- Support the Community Manager in preparing reports, budgets, and other documentation as needed. >
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. >
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to community standards. >
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address and resolve maintenance requests and issues promptly. >
- Assist in the enforcement of community policies and regulations to maintain a high standard of living for residents. >
- Assist with rent collection, processing payments, and managing delinquent accounts. >
- Help in preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports. >
- Support the Community Manager in managing the property's budget and financial performance. >
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service, preferably in a Class A/luxury setting. >
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. >
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage) and Microsoft Office Suite. >
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. >
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a strong problem-solving mindset. >
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. >
