Salary: $130,000-$160,000
Our client, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting leader who enjoys partnering with operations, driving process improvements, and making a meaningful impact within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

- Evaluate and enhance accounting procedures, internal controls, and reporting processes
- Coach, mentor, and develop accounting staff while fostering a collaborative team environment
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including significant manufacturing experience
- CPA is required
- Strong background in cost accounting, inventory management, and financial analysis
- Experience supporting or leading ERP system implementations
- Thorough understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and manufacturing accounting practices
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor team members
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
