San Francisco, CA Full Time • Salary ($80k - $90k)Quince & Co. is seeking a detail-oriented AP Clerk to support the financial operations of one of San Francisco's leading restaurant groups. Working closely with our Controller, this role is responsible for accounts payable, vendor management, cash handling, and day-to-day accounting administration across our restaurants.We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building organized systems, and takes pride in accuracy. The ideal candidate is collaborative, highly organized, and excited to support the financial health of a hospitality-driven organization.What You'll DoProcess and manage accounts payable for multiple restaurant locationsMaintain accurate vendor records, including payment terms, tax documentation, and remittance detailsMaintain vendor tax records, including W-9 documentation, and prepare annual 1099 reporting in compliance with IRS requirements.Ensure invoices are entered into Restaurant365 (R365) accurately and on timeReconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepanciesPrepare payment runs, print checks, and assist with payment processingCreate positive pay files for reviewMonitor and manage the accounting inbox, responding to vendor and internal inquiriesTrack outstanding accounting requests and maintain organized documentationManage company credit card documentation and ensure receipts are properly submittedPartner with restaurant operations teams to ensure timely invoice submission and adherence to accounting proceduresSupport the Finance team with additional accounting and administrative projects as neededWhat We're Looking For2–5 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts payable experienceHospitality or restaurant accounting experience strongly preferredExperience with Restaurant365 (R365) or similar accounting software is a plusIntermediate Microsoft Excel skillsStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to working with cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experienceWhy Quince & Co.Quince & Co. includes Quince, Cotogna, Verjus, and Fresh Run Farm.
