Sr. Project Manager - Interiors

Industry: Commercial Construction | Interior Renovations We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead fast-paced commercial Class A interior renovation projects throughout the Dallas market. This role is ideal for a strong construction leader who thrives in a client-facing environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and knows how to drive schedules, budgets, and teams to successful completion. The ideal candidate understands the urgency, coordination, and communication required to execute high-quality projects in active commercial environments. What You'll Do Lead multiple interior renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and client communication Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners Oversee project planning, buyout, cost control, forecasting, and change management Collaborate closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure project execution and quality standards Identify risks proactively and drive solutions in real time Conduct OAC meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and contract requirements Mentor and support Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other team members as needed What We're Looking For 8–10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects Strong background in interior renovations Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Solid understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration Ability to lead teams in fast-moving, deadline-driven environments Proficiency with construction management software Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred Preferred Experience Corporate office interiors, high end retail and restaurants Ground-up experience is a plus, but interiors/TI experience is the priority Why Join Us?
