Sales Manager

Position Summary The Sales Manager is a leadership role responsible for coaching the Reno Sales Team in the local market to achieve Division business objectives. Reports to the General Manager. Overall sales and sales growth for Reno market Sales team recruitment, staffing, training, mentoring and development Guides established sales team members in strategic planning for customer retention and expansion Acts as a point of escalation for customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution Develops and approves tailored pricing and quote solutions for key accounts and strategic opportunities Manages inbound business and coordinates strategic enterprise-level sales leads Works closely with sales, legal, and client stakeholders to draft, review, and execute commercial agreements Effectively collaborates with all department managers and enterprise sales team to achieve BCI Division and enterprise objectives Manages all house accounts and engages key accounts Maintains BCI local market presence Position Summary The Sales Manager is a leadership role responsible for coaching the Reno Sales Team in the local market to achieve Division business objectives.
