That's where our people come in – from accounting and health technology to front-line nurses, advanced practice professionals, caregivers and everything in between, we are all invested entrepreneurs focused on helping people age magnificently.Position Duties & Responsibilities: In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including: - CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. - Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care. - Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. - Assist with medication administration.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. Strong interest in healthcare. Positive, compassionate attitude.
