Legacy of Farmington Senior Living is a beautiful community located in Farmington, located right off Denmark Ave. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 70-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Position: Caregiver/HHA/CNA

Hourly Wage: $17.00 - 22.00 hourly for HHA / $19.00 - $22.00 hourly for CNA, depending on experience

Service Area: 22300 Denmark Avenue, Farmington, MN 55024

Schedule: Part-time AM hours: 7am-3pm and full-time PM hours: 3pm-11pm

Option 1, 0.6 FTE AM - Week 1: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday / Week 2: Thursday, Friday and Saturday

Option 2, 0.2 FTE AM - every other Friday

Option 3, 0.6 FTE PM - Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday / Week 2: Monday and Sunday

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:
- CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Assist with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
- Strong interest in healthcare.
- Positive, compassionate attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
