Seeking Regulatory Compliance Specialist candidates with relevant Energy, Science, and Technology Research Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Science, and Technology Research Sector Clients such as DOEOP. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Energy Technical Consulting Services Functional Area - Energy Technical Consulting Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Energy Technical Consulting (Regulatory Compliance Specialist) in the Energy, Science, and Technology Research Industry Sector focussing on Business Process Solutions for clients such as Department of Energy (DOE | OP) | DOE Office of Policy (OP) Generally Located In CONUS - Washington DC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Regulatory Compliance Specialist | Energy Technical Consulting Services [DOEOP007012]

Ensures energy projects and policies comply with applicable regulations and legal requirements. Align with Energy Technical Consulting Services Functional Area initiatives as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist that Advises on federal and state energy regulatory compliance, assessing the impacts of regulatory changes. Provide Public Comment Review, Data Analysis, Modeling, Evaluation, Mapping, Forecasting And Report Development, Data Tracking Tools, Workforce Policy Analysis And Convening, as well as Energy Market Economic And Regulatory Analysis Technical Consulting Services and support for The Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Policy (OP). These services enable mission objectives involved with renewable energy, fossil fuels, nuclear energy, hydrogen, biofuels, carbon capture, energy storage, grid modernization, energy efficiency, and sustainable infrastructure technologies.

Regulatory Compliance Specialist is responsible for key functions such as developing analyses, supporting initiatives, and ensuring alignment with project objectives. The role of Regulatory Compliance Specialist involves supporting DOE initiatives with analysis, collaboration, and strategic implementation. Core services include advising on policies, improving efficiency, managing projects, and ensuring compliance.
