Customer Account Manager

LHH is seeking a Customer Account Manager for our client to serve as the primary liaison between our customers and internal teams . In this role, you will manage key customer accounts, oversee pricing and order activities, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive communication and collaboration. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to meet customer expectations and business objectives.



Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Review customer contracts, purchase orders, and requirements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet production schedules, contractual commitments, and delivery expectations.
• Support and provide directions to Customer Administrators and Sales Engineers assigned to customer accounts.
• Monitor customer scorecards and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Assist with sales forecasting, bookings, and account planning activities.
• Prepare pricing proposals and quotations for customer requests.
• Lead customer orders, review discussions and communicate updates in a timely manner.
• Support customer visits, meetings, and account reviews both onsite and offsite.
• Resolve customer concerns by exercising sound judgment and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer service, or sales support.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Manufacturing or industrial industry experience is preferred.

Pay/Benefits:

• $65,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
