What You’ll Be Doing:

Full Cycle Recruiting

• Recruit mid-to-senior level architecture, engineering, or construction professionals.
• Conduct proactive outreach and relationship-building with highly sought-after passive candidates.
• Manage the recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, candidate preparation, offer negotiation, and placement coordination.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Support and mentor a small team of junior recruiters, sourcers, or recruiting coordinators.
• Share recruiting best practices, communication techniques, and sourcing strategies with team members.
• Help improve recruiting workflows, organization, and team accountability.
• Assist leadership with onboarding and training new recruiting staff.
• Lead by example through professionalism, consistency, responsiveness, and production.

Client Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and industry leaders.
• Consult with clients regarding talent market conditions, hiring strategies, compensation trends, and recruiting challenges.
• Help maintain a high level of service, communication, and responsiveness with clients.

About You:

• 3+ years of agency recruiting experience, preferably within professional or technical recruiting.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and establish trust quickly with candidates and clients.
• Strong verbal communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Self-motivated and highly driven with a strong work ethic of proactive outreach.
• Bonus: business development, account management, or prior team lead experience.
