Position Summary & Key Responsibilities As a Field Service Technician, you will be the first line of response to customers. You will communicate effectively, triage issues, handle problems before they arise, and deliver solutions that keep commerce running worldwide. Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively. Service electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self‑checkout systems within an assigned territory. Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls. Manage network faults and traffic, configure systems, ensure security, and remotely access systems. Training & Support NCR Atleos provides virtual and hands‑on classroom training to accelerate learning and foster a community of continuous improvement. Basic Qualifications Local candidate for the Denver, CO area. Authorized to work in the United States. At least 19 years of age. Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company requirements. PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity. Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Prepared for prolonged travel and daily long drives. Willingness to work rotating, weekend, and shift schedules. Capacity to lift and carry tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance. Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, and manipulate objects of varying size repetitively. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software. A+ Certification, CompTIA Security+, or Network+ Certification. One or more years of related experience. Education High School or GED required. Salary Range $42,400.00 – $63,600.00 per year.
