NOW HIRING – Experienced Leasing Consultant | Tallahassee, FL

Certified Apartment Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in Tallahassee, FL .

Applicants MUST have previous multifamily apartment leasing experience to be considered.

Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday (some weekends may be required)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct apartment tours and convert prospects into residents.
• Process applications, leases, renewals, and move-in paperwork.
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text.
• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and community amenities.
• Assist in meeting occupancy and leasing goals.
• Utilize property management software to maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• REQUIRED: Previous multifamily apartment leasing experience.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, ResMan, RealPage, AppFolio, or similar property management software is preferred.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
