Truity Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring and onboarding for a manufacturing environment. This role is a 4 to 6 month , full-time contract based in Oak Creek, WI , with 100% onsite work. Role Overview In this position, you will manage recruiting for production and skilled roles, coordinate end-to-end candidate processes, and collaborate closely with operations leaders to maintain ongoing staffing coverage. You will also work with staffing agencies to support production hiring and candidate conversions. Location and Contract Details Location: Oak Creek, WI (onsite) Job type: Contract Work arrangement: In person Expected duration: 4 to 6 months Weekly hours: 40.0 per week Commuting requirement: Oak Creek, WI 53154 (Required) Compensation Hourly pay: $35.00 to $43.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Handle recruiting for high-volume production and skilled openings Partner with operations and shift supervisors to understand and track staffing needs Coordinate candidate interviews , pre-employment screening , and onboarding Collaborate with staffing agencies to support production hiring and candidate conversions Recruit for skilled and specialized roles Attend regular staffing meetings and provide recruiting updates Required Experience and Qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; preferably in manufacturing , production , or another high-volume environment Experience managing candidate screening , interviewing , and onboarding processes Strong communication skills with the ability to partner directly with operations leaders Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple openings and shifting priorities Experience using an ATS ; Paylocity experience is a plus Tools and Technologies ATS Paylocity #J-18808-Ljbffr
