We're looking for dependable and motivated Field Installation Crew Members to join a growing team that furnishes and installs professional office environments throughout New York. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in construction, carpentry, assembly, furniture installation, moving, landscaping, roofing, warehouse operations, or general labor who are looking for a stable career with growth potential.

No two days are the same as you work alongside a skilled team transforming empty spaces into fully functional workplaces.

What You'll Do

✅ Load, transport, and unload office furniture, fixtures, and installation materials

✅ Assemble and install desks, cubicles, chairs, shelving, cabinets, and workstations

✅ Read and follow installation layouts, blueprints, and work instructions

✅ Safely operate hand tools and power tools

✅ Ensure furniture is level, secure, and ready for use

✅ Work directly with customers, contractors, and team members on-site

✅ Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

✅ Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

✅ Travel to installation projects throughout New York State

✅ Support project completion while meeting quality and deadline expectations

✅ What We're Looking For

✔ 1+ year of experience in construction, assembly, carpentry, furniture installation, landscaping, roofing, warehouse work, moving, or general labor

✔ Experience using hand tools and power tools

✔ Ability to lift, carry, and move furniture throughout the workday

✔ Clean driving record with the ability to operate company vehicles

✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

✔ Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

✔ Reliable transportation

✔ Willingness to travel and work overtime when needed

✔ Positive attitude and team-first mindset

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Furniture installation experience

⭐ Box truck or delivery truck driving experience

⭐ OSHA 10 Certification

⭐ Blueprint and installation drawing experience

⭐ Warehouse, logistics, or construction background

⭐ Experience working on commercial job sites

Work Environment

Primarily indoor office and commercial installation projects

Work in newly renovated and near-completion commercial spaces

Travel throughout New York State to support customer installations

PPE provided by the company

Steel-toe boots required

Collaborative team atmosphere with hands-on training and support

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Syracuse, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
