Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. Stay updated on medical terminology and healthcare practices. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant preferred. Proven experience in a medical assistant role or similar healthcare position. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and electronic health records (EHR). Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare software applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
