What You'll Do

Build Customer Relationships & Drive Sales 

• Connect with prospective and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls
• Develop trusted relationships through consultative conversations
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact through follow-up
• Educate customers on products, applications, and solutions
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that lead to long-term partnerships
• Meet and exceed sales goals and performance objectives

Support Operational Excellence 

• Maintain accurate customer and sales data within CRM systems
• Continuously develop product and industry knowledge
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
• Share ideas that improve processes, customer satisfaction, and team performance

Contribute as a Team Player 

• Support team initiatives and special projects
• Help create a positive, collaborative environment

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, retail sales, call center, or other customer-facing roles
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a results-driven environment

Preferred

• Associate degree or higher
• Experience in healthcare, medical device, or related industries
• Experience with cloud-based contact center platforms such as Five9
• Demonstrated success with upselling, cross-selling, or account growth
• Experience in consultative sales environments
