Your role is to connect with them, understand their needs, answer their questions, and guide them through the process in a professional and easy-to-understand way. A Typical Day This position combines client communication, appointment coordination, and benefit education. You’ll manage your scheduled appointments while providing each member with a helpful and personalized experience. Your responsibilities will include: Connect with members who have requested information Schedule, organize, and confirm virtual appointments Conduct consultations by phone or video conference Ask questions to better understand individual needs and priorities Clearly explain available programs and benefit options Answer questions and provide professional guidance Assist members with digital applications, forms, and documentation Maintain accurate client records and appointment notes Complete follow-ups and provide continued assistance Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development What Makes Someone Successful Here?
