We are hiring a detail‑driven operator to keep our high‑volume CNC department running smoothly. If you thrive on juggling multiple machines while holding tight tolerances, this is your next move.

• Run multiple CNC machines at the same time to meet production targets.
• Read and interpret blueprints to confirm customer requirements.
• Perform offset adjustments and tool changes to maintain dimensional accuracy.
• Manage tooling based on predetermined tool‑life expectations.
• Apply basic shop math to verify measurements and troubleshoot.
• Measure with micrometers, calipers, go/no‑go gages, and verify on a CMM.
• Consistently deliver parts within spec while maintaining first‑pass quality and production standards.
• Record work in the ERP system to ensure full product traceability through all process steps.
• Follow safety rules, company policies, and procedures; complete daily paperwork; attend meetings; keep the area clean; and represent the company professionally to customers, suppliers, and coworkers.

• Strong blueprint reading skills and familiarity with a variety of CNC cutting tools.
• Hands‑on experience with micrometers, calipers, go/no‑go gages, and CMM equipment.
• Ability to convert between imperial and metric units (preferred).
• Knowledge of Swiss turn lathes.
• Multitasking ability in a fast‑paced environment.

• Lift up to 50 pounds; move heavy items; empty scrap bins and carts; operate light equipment.
• Frequent bending, twisting, lifting, walking, pushing, and pulling.
