Your Day-to-Day Impact Manage full-lifecycle sourcing and recruitment efforts for high-volume, critical healthcare roles across Tampa metro area. Collaborate directly with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, analyze attrition rates, and design proactive recruitment blueprints for expanding programs. Travel to regional community events, schools, and facilities to build local networks, promote career pathways, and cultivate face-to-face relationships with hiring managers and future talent. Document and track all candidate progress with accuracy and efficiency within our applicant tracking system and recruitment CRMs. What You’ll Bring to the Table 2+ years of dedicated recruiting or human resources experience. Healthcare recruitment experience is highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required Must live in the Tampa or surrounding areas - NO ORLANDO PHR or SHRM-CP certifications are considered a plus.
