The practice offers a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery including dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants and full-arch reconstruction, orthognathic surgery, oral pathology, and hospital-based procedures. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary with a productivity-based bonus structure designed to reward growth while providing stability during ramp-up.
