Licensed Real Estate Agent - Zillow & Referral Leads Provided

ACTIVE GEORGIA REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED.

You already know how to sell real estate. The question is whether you have enough opportunities in your pipeline.

Boardwalk Realty is looking for licensed agents who want access to an established lead and referral platform instead of relying entirely on their own prospecting.

Agents have access to 12 lead sources, including Zillow Flex and referral opportunities through established mortgage and lending relationships.

You'll work directly with buyers and sellers, manage your pipeline, follow up with opportunities, conduct property tours, negotiate offers, and guide clients through closing.

Boardwalk's model is built for agents who are ready to work opportunities and turn lead flow into production.

An active Georgia real estate license is required.

Compensation:

$114,400 - $235,300 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
• Leverage our established lead sources, including Zillow Flex, to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct property tours with clients, showcasing features and benefits to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers, ensuring favorable terms for clients while maintaining professional relationships.
• Guide clients through the entire closing process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
• Collaborate with mortgage and lending partners to provide clients with comprehensive financial options.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market to offer clients the most current insights and advice.

Qualifications:

• Active Georgia real estate license is required.
• Experience in engaging with prospective buyers and sellers to provide tailored real estate solutions.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline using lead sources like Zillow Flex.
• Ability to conduct property tours, showcasing features and benefits to facilitate informed decision-making.
