Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Run nationwide dry-van freight out of Ames with a carrier focused on driver experience and safety. You’ll operate solo OTR assignments in late-model trucks (under three years) equipped with APUs, inverters and comfortable sleepers, supported by prompt in-house maintenance.

Core responsibilities:

• Safely transport freight across regional and national lanes, maintain logs and delivery records.
• Perform routine pre- and post-trip inspections and notify maintenance of issues.
• Keep open communication with dispatch to meet delivery windows.

Requirements:

• CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable driving experience.

Starting pay is 65 CPM, with mileage averages, bonus opportunities and full benefits including health and 401(k).
