Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate pre-operative care and patient assessments
• Support Phase II recovery for same-day surgery patients
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth patient experiences
• Monitor patients closely during recovery and respond to their needs
• Educate patients and families about post-procedure care

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida or compact license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Phase II Recovery experience strongly preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• PreOp and PAT assessment skills
• Phase II Recovery expertise
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation
• Strong patient education and communication abilities
