Restaurant GeneralManager Responsibilities: Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, food quality, and operational standards Recruit, train, coach, and develop management and hourly team members Drive sales growth, profitability, labor management, and cost controls Manage full P&L performance, budgeting, inventory, and vendor relationships Ensure compliance with food safety, health, labor, and licensing regulations Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and high-performing restaurant environment Resolve guest concerns and foster a positive, hospitality-driven culture Build strong community relationships and support local marketing initiatives Restaurant General Manager Qualifications: 3+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a full-service casual or upscale casual scratch kitchen environment or high-volume scratch kitchen fast casual environment Proven experience managing restaurant operations, teams, and financial performance Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills Experience driving sales growth and operational improvements Knowledge of inventory management, labor management, and food safety standards Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent required ServSafe Manager Certification Restaurant General Manager Benefits: Base salary up to $83K with Opportunity for growth Strong culture and support system - a happy place to work!
