Recruiters work across multiple industries and play a critical role in sourcing, interviewing, and placing talent. Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
• Build relationships with job seekers and understand their career goals
• Match candidates to client opportunities
• Coordinate interviews and hiring processes
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting databases
• Partner with account managers and sales teams to fulfill client staffing needs
• Provide ongoing support to contractors and clients throughout assignments

Qualifications

• Degree is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Sales, customer service, or recruiting experience is beneficial
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Salary:

• First year earnings between $50,000-$60,000
• Regular salary increases and promotion opportunities!
• Uncapped commission and bonuses both quarterly and annually that would be additional compensation

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of Erie, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50,000.00 - $60,000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

1 Week PTO after one year's tenure (this is due to the 4 day work week) Simplified IRA with a 3% company match Very efficient cheap health insurance (ask Josh for more details file is saved on computer)
