About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, including engine, transmission, and brake systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance to clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service deadlines and goals.
• Document all services performed and parts used in the repair process.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• ASE certification is a plus but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
