You'll get to:This role will work closely with senior legal department leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic transactions and ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.Lead and support M&A transactions, including:Drafting and negotiation NDAsConducting due diligenceStructuring, negotiation, drafting transaction documentsDriving regulatory clearance processClosing of dealsAdvising on post-closing transition services arrangements.Advise on a wide range of corporate transactions, including joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and other business development initiatives.Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and corporate documents.Provide support on public company matters, including SEC reporting and disclosure obligations (e.g., 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, Section 16 filings) and NYSE listing requirements.Oversee the organization and maintenance of subsidiary corporate secretarial mattersCollaborate with external counsel as needed on complex transactions or specialized matters.The Person:You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements.
