Our client, a leading global financial services organization, is building its legal team and seeking multiple Corporate Counsel attorneys to support a highly regulated and rapidly evolving business. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of a highly successful, international financial services organization and partner closely with leaders across finance, treasury, operations, credit, compliance, and executive management.What You'll Be Doing Advise on commercial finance, secured lending, financial services, and complex commercial transactions. Support strategic initiatives, including new business models, partnerships, treasury matters, restructurings, and cross-functional projects. Counsel business leaders on privacy, regulatory compliance, procurement, contracting, and operational legal matters. Collaborate with executives, business teams, and outside counsel to deliver practical, risk-balanced legal solutions.
