Talent Acquisition Specialist

Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across the organization. Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, team dynamics, and hiring goals. Manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment. Represent the company’s culture and values while enhancing the candidate experience and employer brand. Maintain accurate recruiting records, reports, and applicant tracking data. Build relationships with local schools, colleges, and universities to develop talent pipelines and internship opportunities. Support onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across the organization. Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates. Qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Construction industry recruiting experience preferred. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms; BambooHR experience is a plus. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean searches, and other sourcing tools. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices. Proven ability to evaluate candidates for skills, cultural alignment, and organizational values.
