This role involves efficiently managing shipping and receiving tasks while upholding high standards of quality and safety./pullipPerform daily shipping duties, verifying and recording shipments./p/lilipHandle returns, arrange collections, and provide tracking information./p/lilipLabel, palletize, assemble, and pack orders for safe dispatch./p/lilipLoad and unload incoming truck lines; complete deliveries and pickups./p/lilipMaintain a neat and orderly shipping/receiving area; clean excess materials daily./p/lilipEnsure docks are clean and organized; pick up trash and store pallets properly./p/lilipProvide backup support as needed and assist with production requirements./p/lilipFollow department policies and procedures for continuous quality improvement and safety./p/lilipSupport ISO Quality System and Policy; utilize Lean Manufacturing Principles./p/lilipPhysically receive incoming shipments and log them in the IQMS system./p/lilipStay updated with shipping vendors software, including email notifications and international paperwork./p/lilipPerform incoming material inspections when required./p/lilipRespond to customer demand through personal commitment when necessary./p/lilipVerify shipping items against sales or work orders for accuracy in quantities, destinations, and routing./p/lilipContact carriers to arrange shipping and delivery instructions; provide tracking and proof of deliveries./p/lilipPrepare necessary documentation for routing shipments./p/lilipWork professionally across all areas./p/li/ulpRequirements/pullipAbility to operate a forklift and hand truck./p/lilipCapability to lift up to 25kgs (40lbs)./p/lilipStrong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills./p/lilipPossession of a current full UK or US driving license./p/li/ul/div
