Job Description

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to streamline operations.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to maintain project timelines.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on project status and activities.
• Communicate effectively with the project management team and clients to provide updates.
• Ensure adherence to design specifications and building codes.
