Luxor Staffing is hiring for multiple openings in the manufacturing and fulfillment industry in Sunnyvale with variety of shifts available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

Job openings available: Quality Control, Data Coordinator, Maintenance, Collation Operations, Production Associates (Maddox Associate, Material Handler, Redemptions) and Specialized Operators (Foil Lock Up Operator & Shredder Operator)

Job Duties:

• Perform production, packaging, and material handling activities according to company procedures.
• Inspect products and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
• Operate production equipment and specialized machinery safely and efficiently.
• Record production and quality data accurately in company systems and databases.
• Support inventory movement, collation processes, and workflow coordination.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs or safety concerns.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and collaborate with supervisors to resolve them.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operating procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, or quality control environments is required.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed.
