As a Lead Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely, accurate, and safe movement of inventory and materials within our warehouse operations. Responsibilities Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Perform basic arithmetic calculations and interpret bar graphs. Verify and package products for shipping, including shrink wrapping, labeling, and boxing. Stage, load, and unload products on trucks and move materials to storage or to dumpsters. Maintain quality control standards—no damaged product is shipped or accepted. Operate Portable Industrial Trucks (PIT) such as reach trucks, order pickers, and propane forklifts, and maintain daily logbooks. Clean and maintain work areas and complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Minimum Requirements At least six months of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. High school diploma or equivalent; basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. PIT proficiency, including reach truck, order picker, and propane forklift; current certification a plus. Manual dexterity for operating machinery and handling small parts. Physical capability to lift up to 30 pounds. Ability to work variable hours, including mandatory physical inventory, and to operate in hot, cold, and dusty conditions.
