Implement, monitor, and adapt individualized patient care plans. Execute physician and nursing orders with high accuracy Maintain a nursing focus on patient safety and therapeutic outcomes. Collaborate in discharge planning to ensure a safe and successful patient transition What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required. Education Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
