We are looking for experienced Reconditioning Technician to join our team who is enthusiastic, honest, hard-working, organized, committed to great customer service, and want to be a top earner in their field. Depending on your skill level, certification, and production, our certified Service Technicians annual salaries range from $70,000 to $100,000 with highly productive certified master technicians with smog license earning even more.

Qualifications

Reconditioning Technician Requirements:

Able to perform bumper to bumper maintenance and repair services including heavy line and engine repair. Able to perform most diagnostic concerns, including drivability and engine performance. May lack understanding and complete diagnostic knowledge of more complex diagnostic and electrical issues.

What we are looking for:

• Certifications/ ASE's as appropriate for Technician level
• Smog license a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Proficient Computer Skills
• Professional work ethic and high integrity
• Ability to work as a team and/or independently
• Strong problem solving and follow up skills
• Able to communicate effectively to team and advisor
