Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Locums CRNA (Supervised) OR, No Required Call Jackson, MI (Michigan license) Why This Role

• No required call - strictly scheduled shifts; work just Monday or Friday each week, 32-40 hrs/week (8s or 10s)
• Open and ongoing with a locums-to-perm option for the right fit
• Strong case variety: general surgical (adult + pediatric), neurosurgical, spinal and local anesthesia
• Collaborative, supervised model alongside anesthesiologists and surgical teams; Epic EMR
Assignment Details
• Start: as soon as possible - open and ongoing (no need to match specific dates to be considered)
• Schedule: 32-40 hrs/week, 8- or 10-hour shifts; Monday or Friday availability required every week; strictly scheduled, no required call
• Optional 16-hour shifts available on select dates (June 5, 13, 21, 28; July 9) - not required to be considered
• Setting: hospital-based ORs, Level II Trauma Center; rotating assignments across multiple rooms
• Volume: 50 surgical cases/day
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: 90-120 days
Clinical Details
• Administer anesthesia for general surgical cases, adult and pediatric
• Neurosurgical anesthesia with pre-/post-procedure neurological management
• Spinal and local infiltration anesthesia
• Ventilation management and continuous perioperative monitoring (pre-, intra-, post-op)
• Airway management including intubation; emergency response
Requirements
• Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA)
• Active Michigan license
• Minimum 1 year CRNA experience
• ACLS, BLS (AHA), PALS
• Clean background; no employment gaps
• Self-query NPDB (pulled within the month), required at presentation
Compensation
