Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse position located on a day shift. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care in a busy emergency environment, with a focus on patient assessment, intervention, and collaboration within a large, fast-paced setting. The position requires a committed healthcare professional with previous experience in emergency care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Nursys license verification, 3 years of experience in emergency nursing, current skills checklist, successful completion of Ascension Resume, Ascension profile, and two professional references. Experience in EPIC electronic medical record system is preferred, and floating within skill set or to nearby sites within 40 miles may be required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous travel experience in large emergency departments or extensive ER experience without travel, familiarity with EPIC EMR system, and ability to float between multiple sites.
• Additional Information: Assignment start date is 10/04/2026, with an expected end date of 01/02/2027. Candidates should be prepared for onsite floating within skill set or to sites within 40 miles, if needed.
