We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a machinery manufacturing organization in Bowling Green, Kentucky. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, handling high-volume communication, and ensuring orders are processed accurately. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for incoming inquiries while delivering attentive service and timely follow-up.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls and provide accurate, courteous assistance for a wide range of service needs.
• Enter customer orders into company systems with close attention to detail and processing accuracy.
• Handle both inbound and outbound communication to resolve questions, confirm information, and support order-related activities.
• Assist customers with product, order, and service inquiries while maintaining a detail-focused and solution-focused approach.
• Document customer interactions clearly and update records to support efficient follow-up and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams as needed to address concerns, clarify order details, and ensure a smooth customer experience.• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Strong ability to manage inbound calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• Experience with order entry and customer record updates in business systems.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to handle outbound calls for follow-up, clarification, or issue resolution.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
