The Lead Line Cook plays a crucial role in managing a small kitchen team of 1-5 members, ensuring smooth daily operations during day and rotating shifts. This position involves leading food preparation efforts while maintaining high standards of kitchen safety, quality assurance, and sanitation compliance. The Lead Line Cook also oversees inventory control, staff training, and order coordination, frequently working weekends to meet operational demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead food preparation and station management to meet quality standards
• Supervise and train kitchen staff for consistent performance
• Manage inventory to ensure adequate supplies and reduce waste
• Enforce kitchen safety procedures and sanitation compliance
• Coordinate orders efficiently to support kitchen and front-of-house operations
• Oversee quality assurance of all dishes leaving the kitchen

Required Qualifications
