Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our growing team in Willowbrook, Illinois. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment where quality matters, we'd love to hear from you. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
What You'll Do
- Perform incoming inspections of components and bulk materials
- Verify products meet established quality standards
- Record inspection results within the ERP system
- Generate documentation for non-conforming materials
- Assist Engineering with root cause investigations
- Maintain quality standards and retained product samples
- Coordinate inspection priorities with Production
- Support continuous product quality improvements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Associate Degree
- 2-4 years of Quality Inspection experience
- Experience inspecting manufactured products
- Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency
- ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
