Position Overview
As a Lead Bathroom Remodeler, you’ll take ownership of complete bathroom transformations from start to finish. Much of our work centers on Bath Planet acrylic shower and bath systems, and we also take on full bathroom remodels that may include tile, vanities, flooring, fixtures, and finish carpentry. You’ll deliver quality work, keep a clean jobsite, and give homeowners a great experience from the first day to the final walkthrough.

Lead Remodelers will be hired on as subcontractors and may work independently, or bring their own crew. 

What You’ll Do

Full Project Ownership

• Set up and protect the jobsite
• Demo and remove existing tubs, showers, vanities, flooring, and fixtures
• Work directly with Electric and Plumbing subcontractors on site.
• Frame, repair, and prepare walls and floors
• Install Bath Planet acrylic shower and bath systems
• Install tile, vanities, toilets, flooring, and fixtures as scoped
• Install shower doors, trim, and finish details
• Complete final cleanup
• Walk through the finished project with the homeowner

Quality and Customer Experience

• Hold every project to a high standard of workmanship
• Keep jobsites clean, safe, and organized
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners and teammembers
• Complete projects efficiently without cutting corners

Team Leadership

• Lead and coordinate helpers, apprentices, or journeymen when assigned
• Help train and develop newer team members
• Keep projects moving while upholding our quality standards

Schedule

• Typically 4–5 days per week
• Some projects may require longer install days depending on scope and scheduling

Compensation

Subcontractor:
Competitive pay structure available for qualified crews. Subcontractors provide their own vehicle, tools (hand tools, saws, etc), and valid insurance.

Qualifications

Preferred

• Experience in bathroom remodeling, acrylic shower installation, or general remodeling
• Bath Planet or similar system experience is a plus

Required

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Tile, plumbing, framing, or finish carpentry skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Ability to work in active construction environments
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional appearance and communication
• Ability to pass drug test and background check
