A Message From Our Owner My name is Ben Burns , and I know what it's like to work hard without feeling appreciated. I spent years as a technician before opening my first shop in 2013 because I believed there had to be a better way to treat employees. I wanted to build a company where people were respected, where the equipment and tools were never an excuse, and where employees actually enjoyed coming to work. Today, Burns Auto Group has grown to seven locations, but our mission hasn't changed. We believe that when we take care of our employees, they'll take great care of our customers. Are we perfect? No. But we're committed to improving every day, and we believe we're building one of the best automotive organizations in Colorado. About This Opportunity This is not an entry‑level management position. We're looking for a proven automotive leader who knows how to operate a successful repair shop. Someone who understands: Leadership Sales Performance Gross Profit Customer Satisfaction Employee Development Process Accountability Coaching & Mentorship Financial Performance You’ll have the autonomy to lead your store while receiving the support of an ownership team that believes in investing in its managers. If you've always wanted to run a business as if it were your own, this is that opportunity. Your Responsibilities Lead all daily store operations. Coach and develop Service Advisors and Technicians. Drive sales while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction. Maintain strong gross profit margins. Ensure company processes are consistently followed. Hire, train, mentor, and develop employees. Hold your team accountable through coaching and leadership. Resolve difficult customer situations with professionalism and empathy. Build a culture employees are proud to be part of. • 120,000–$200,000+ Total Annual Compensation for Management
• 100,000 – $150,000 is what our Advisors are paid
